An experiment in 3D animation and visual style, developed from an idea about opposites, conflict and the breakdown of a relationship. Two figures inhabit opposing colour-coded worlds, originally conceived as an argument in which they would throw furniture at one another.
As the film developed, the objects took on a life of their own, losing gravity, colliding and gathering in a turbulent cloud above them. Their interactions create moments of humour, aggression and sexual innuendo.
Originally conceived as the first part of a larger work exploring the conflict and its aftermath, the project was also considered as a live performance involving two dancers within a 3D environment.
