DUALITY • THE GRAY AREA GALLERY • 2026

DUALITY was a group exhibition at Gray Area Gallery, Norwich, held from 21–30 August 2026. The exhibition brought together work by artists exploring the theme of duality through different approaches and media. I contributed Take a Deep Breath, a moving-image work presented on a portrait screen, continuing my exploration of fragmented imagery, repetition and the relationships between images.

DATE

21-30 August 2026

Take a Deep Breath is a short moving-image work exploring the relationship between fragmented images, memory and association.

Drawing on found footage and familiar visual references, images are layered, interrupted and repeated, creating shifting connections between otherwise unrelated material.

The work invites the viewer to construct their own associations, suggesting narratives that emerge momentarily but never fully resolve.
